Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
The short version: Kicky Soccer does not ask for your name, email address or any account. To keep the game working and free, it collects gameplay statistics, crash reports and advertising data through the services listed below. On iPhone, ads are only personalised if you allow tracking.
Who we are
Cresvo Games is a small independent game team based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy covers our mobile game Kicky Soccer (“the game”) and this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us
Only what you choose to send when you email us, such as your email address and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you.
Gameplay statistics
The game uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played so we can improve it. This includes events such as starting, finishing or restarting a level, shots taken, skills used and settings changed, together with technical information: an app-specific identifier, device model, operating system version, language, approximate location (country or region, based on IP address) and when you first opened the game.
Crash reports
If the game crashes, Google Firebase Crashlytics sends a report with the technical state of the app and device at the time of the crash, together with an app-specific identifier. We use these reports only to find and fix bugs.
Advertising
The game shows ads through AppLovin MAX, which works with other advertising networks to fill each ad. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, these services receive information such as your device’s IP address, device model, operating system, language and your interactions with ads.
On iPhone, the game asks for your permission before accessing your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). If you allow it, ads may be personalised to your interests. If you do not, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised using that identifier. Where required by law, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we also ask for your consent before personalised advertising.
In-app purchases
If you buy something in the game, the payment is handled entirely by Apple. We receive a confirmation of the purchase so the game can unlock it. We never see your payment details.
Data that stays on your device
Your level progress and settings (sound, music, vibration) are saved only on your device. Deleting the game deletes them.
Why we use it
- To run the game, save your progress and unlock purchases.
- To understand which levels are too hard or too easy and improve the game (gameplay statistics).
- To find and fix crashes.
- To show ads, which keep the game free, and to measure them and prevent ad fraud.
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and tracking, on our legitimate interest in running, improving and securing the game for statistics and crash reports, and on the need to deliver what you bought for purchases.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share data only with the service providers that make the game work:
- Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics): Firebase privacy information and Google Privacy Policy
- AppLovin (AppLovin MAX) and the advertising networks it works with: AppLovin Privacy Policy
- Apple (App Store and in-app purchases): Apple Privacy Policy
Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. They are bound by their own privacy commitments and applicable data transfer safeguards.
Under some US state laws, sharing data with advertising partners for personalised ads can count as “sharing” or “selling”. You can stop it at any time by turning off tracking for the game (see below).
How long we keep it
Gameplay statistics are kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. Advertising partners keep data according to their own policies. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your choices and rights
- Tracking on iPhone: go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and turn off tracking for Kicky Soccer.
- Resetting identifiers: deleting and reinstalling the game resets the app-specific identifier used for statistics and crash reports.
- Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Türkiye’s KVKK or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Email us at [email protected] and we will help within 30 days.
Because the game has no accounts, we usually cannot link statistics to a specific person. If you ask us to delete data, we may ask for details that help us find it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Kicky Soccer is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under 16 where local law requires. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable service providers and protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-step verification. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process your IP address and use strictly necessary security measures to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also let players know in the game.
